Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
- Age Restrictions: At least 18 years old with valid drivers license
- Residency Requirements: Must reside in Washington County, Utah
- Exclusions: Employees of the sponsor, their immediate families, or anyone involved in the contest administration.
Entry Methods and Limitations:
- Entry Procedures: Go to jlmautomotive.com and fill out the entry form, print and hand deliver to JLM Automotive. Entry forms are also available at our location 528 W 300 N St. George, Utah 84770.
Entry forms will not be accepted until the following have been performed: LIKE our last THREE reels on Instagram, including the main giveaway announcement. COMMENT @ and highlight on the post (@highlight) and the words submitted the form!
Forms can be submitted starting December 2nd 2024.
Deadline to submit entry form: 5:30pm Friday, December 20th, 2024.
- Entry Limits: One entry per person
- No Purchase Necessary!
Prizes:
- Prize Description: Used 2013 Kia Optima
- Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $5000
- Prize Restrictions: Non-transferable, no cash equivalent and winner is responsible for paying registration fees, and care/maintenance for the vehicle thereafter.
Winner Selection and Notification:
- Selection Method: Random drawing of qualified forms that have been submitted.
- Winner Announcement Date: December 24th, 2024.
- Notification Process: Phone call will be made and a social media post announcing that a winner has been drawn.
- Deadline to Claim Prize: 30 days from December 24th, 2024
General Conditions:
- Sponsor’s Rights: Reserve the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the contest if necessary.
- Release of Liability: Clause releasing the sponsor from liability for any injuries or damages related to the contest.
- Publicity: We will post and tag who the winner is on multiple social media platforms.
Privacy Policy: Personal information collected from entrants will only be used internally at JLM Automotive for advertising purposes through our 3rd party vendors.
