The story of JLM Automotive starts in 2020, when owner Jonathan Morales first purchased the business where the shop is now. After an extensive renovation, adding a fifth bay, and creating an open-concept waiting room, the shop was opened in 2021 and is as you know it today. Since then, Jonathan and his team have been redefining the auto repair experience in St. George, Utah, with new customers coming to trust this team daily.
Jonathan got his start in the auto repair industry by simply taking an interest in cars at an early age. After purchasing his first vehicle, he dreamed of owning an auto repair shop. At a crossroads in his career, he was given the opportunity to purchase the business where JLM is now housed, and the rest is history. Fun fact: The ‘J’ in JLM stands for Jonathan and his wife, Jazzmin. The ‘L’ represents their kids, Liam, Lennox, & Ledger, and the ‘M’ is for Morales.
At JLM Automotive, Jonathan has strived to create an auto repair shop welcoming for his customers and staff. Jonathan and Jazzmin work together to manage the shop, and a trusted service advisor helps run the front of the shop while wearing many different hats. Jonathan’s team boasts as much as 20 years of experience in auto repair, and every new employee considered is weighed on the ability to fit into the JLM Automotive culture.
In their free time, Jonathan and Jazzmin spend time with their three children, who are active in school and sports. They also spend their summers family ranch in Arizona, enjoying outdoor activities.
