Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: August 19, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website jlmautomotive.com (the “Site”) and the automotive repair and maintenance services (the “Services”) provided by JLM Automotive, located at 528 W 300 N, St. George, UT 84770 (“JLM Automotive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, requesting an estimate, scheduling an appointment, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our Services.

1. Our Services

JLM Automotive provides automotive repair, maintenance, diagnostic, and related services for various makes and models, performed at our shop location. Availability of specific services, parts, loaner vehicles, shuttle service, and warranty terms may vary and are subject to change without notice.

2. Appointments and Estimates

Appointments may be scheduled through the Site, in person, or by other means we make available. Estimates provided prior to service are based on the information and diagnosis available at the time and are subject to change if additional issues are discovered once work begins. We will make reasonable efforts to obtain your approval before performing any work beyond the original estimate.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for Services is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods indicated at our shop. Vehicles may be subject to a mechanic’s lien and may be retained until payment in full is received, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Unpaid balances may accrue interest, storage fees, or collection costs as permitted by Utah law.

4. Warranty

JLM Automotive may offer a limited warranty on parts and labor for certain repairs, as described at the time of service. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, unauthorized repairs by third parties, normal wear and tear, or pre-existing conditions unrelated to the repair performed. Manufacturer warranties on parts, where applicable, are governed by the terms of the part manufacturer.

5. Vehicle Drop-Off, Storage, and Risk

Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables from their vehicle prior to drop-off. While we take reasonable care of vehicles in our possession, JLM Automotive is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left in a vehicle. Vehicles left unclaimed beyond a reasonable period after notification of completed service may be subject to storage fees and applicable abandoned vehicle procedures under Utah law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JLM Automotive’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. In no event shall JLM Automotive be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use of a vehicle, loss of income, or towing costs, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties (Website)
